Shipping and Delivery Policy

WaWa Tree happily accepts local and national orders.

I use Australia Post for our deliveries Australia wide.

Orders are normally packed and posted within 1 business day of receipt of order.  If I am unable to meet this deadline due to out of stock items or any other reason, I will contact you to advise of expected delivery time.  Please allow up to 7 days for delivery of your order.

WaWa Tree cannot be held liable for goods lost in transit.  Please ensure the correct address is provided for delivery.  All orders are packed with maximum care to ensure that items are received in the best possible condition.  Registered Post is recommended for all deliveries. Insurance is recommended for orders with a value in excess of $50.

Express Post is available upon request. If you require Express Post, please indicate this in the ‘Special Instructions or Order Comments’ box during the Checkout process.

Pick Up Option

Please advise if you wish to select to pick-up locally in Gladstone.  If you have chosen this option, I will advise you when your order is ready to collect.  Please note that at least 48hrs notice is required for processing pickups.

Refund and Returns Policy

Returns, Shortages and Damaged Stock

Goods will only be refunded or exchanged if they are faulty or you receive an incorrect item. Please choose carefully, as I do not refund for items chosen incorrectly or for a change of mind.

Please note: colours may vary between web images and actual product, depending on the resolution of your monitor. WaWa Tree cannot be held liable for any differences in colour.

Please contact me within 48 hours of receiving any shortages or faulty or damaged stock. Please do not return any items until you have contacted me. All return postage and insurance will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Postage will not be refunded. Incorrect items should be returned in their original packaging, with no broken seals.  Faulty products must be returned in their original packaging, and will only be refunded or exchanged if deemed faulty by WaWa Tree.  All returns must be received within 14 working days.  This refund policy does not apply to any products that have been damaged after delivery or altered in any way.

WaWa Tree cannot be held liable for any loss, damage or theft during transit; the purchaser is responsible for any risks during transit.  When returning items I recommend that you use registered post.

 Out of Stock Products

Occasionally an item you order will become out of stock before I am able to update our website quantities. If this occurs with your order we will contact you to determine your preference of a refund or exchange. Canceled orders will incur a processing fee.
